Expected Learning Outcomes

COMPUTER SKILLS: Development of theoretical and practical skills on Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) in order to fully develop a Degree Thesis or paper of medium complexity - fundamental knowledge of Computer and network, web security.


TELEMATIC SKILLS: Development of legal and practical skills on the application of the Digital Administration Code (CAD 3.0) and European Regulations on digitization and personal data protection (EIDAS, GDPR) and digital citizenship (digital identity, digital signature, CNS, PEC, SPID).

INFORMATIC SKILLS: Frontal lectures and exercises on Microsoft Office applications and training objectives.

TELEMATIC SKILLS: Frontal lectures and practical simulations on the use of a PEC, digital signature, use of SPID

    - Activities of: Word processor (Word), Spreadsheet (Excel), Presentations (PowerPoint), Interactions in a database (Access)
    - Browser; Networking (network) concepts; Digital communication; Safe computer use; Searching for information on the web

    - CAD tools

    - The document; the electronic, advanced, digital signature
