Detailed Course Content

This course aims at answering the question: how Multinational Companies build effective and efficient organizations to meet their targets in the Mediterranean area? The course focuses on management and cooperation on the one side; on the other it also focuses on the context and it examines the dynamics of growth and trade. Specific topics are: the impact of innovation, the impact of delocalization, the impact of the vote with the portfolio.
