Detailed Course Content
- History of North Africa and the Middle East
This part of the course focuses on the trajectory of Islamism since its birth in the 1920s up to nowadays. The analysis of political thought and key events, such as the Six Days War, the Iranian Revolution, the Afghan War, etc. will allow highlighting the evolution, the diverse facets and the transnational dimension of contemporary Islamism.
