Course Structure
The course includes 63 hours of lecture held by the professor. The teaching takes place through the reading and the analysis of some articles of penal code. The students will be involved through the submission of known case law.

No prerequisites are necessary.

The causes of justification.
The attempt.
The circumstances of the crime.
The conspiracy.
The cuncurrent offenses.
The offender and the offended person.
The penalty: The principal and the accessory penalty; the discretionary powers of the judge; the release and the extinction of the penalty; the alternative measures to the prison; the security precautions; the prevention measures.
