The course will address the following topics: the First World War; the Russian Revolution; the post-war period in Italy and in Europe; the world economy from the crisis of 1929 to today; Fascism, Nazism and Stalinism; the decline of colonialism and the processes of decolonization; World War II; republican Italy; the fall of the Communisms; the globalization; the Middle East node.
