Expected Learning Outcomes

The purpose of the course is to offer the coordinates for interpreting the religious phenomenon in the Italian legal system, with constant reference to international and supranational legal sources. The student will be able to analyze with awareness and critical sense the complexity of social relations influenced by confessional principles, and to identify the most effective forms of protection of freedom of conscience.

The exam will take place with an oral test which will tend to ascertain the knowledge of the topics, the presentation ability, the level of critical analysis around the issues dealt with, the quality of legal language.
