Module Organizational strategies: decisions and resources

The course offers knowledge of the main sociological theories and the results of studies on the analysis of choices, behaviors and management of organized contexts. It consists of a general part oriented to organizational studies (Bonazzi) and a specialist of reference for the relevant issues in the context of Policies and Social Services (Gozzo, Crespi, Baert)

Attending students can access an ongoing verification that will follow the different comparisons and exercises proposed in the classroom to evaluate the acquisition of knowledge. However, they can choose to take a single final exam at the end of the course.
