The lessons aim to provide the basic and specific knowledge of the program study and to analyze case law. Will be subject of study, especially: the organization of public administration, the principles, local autonomy and public bodies. The purpose is understand the evolution of public organization, the use of privatistic models and the development of local autonomy according to the principles of vertical subsidiarity, even though the economic crisis supports the process of centralization, the administrative functions, the administrative process and the evolution of public service; the management of public service according to the new policy of liberalization. The purpose is understand the rules concerning public service and in particular social service.
