OBJECTIVE: essentials on the establishment and the exploitation of inventions, utility models, design models and trademarks, taking into account the evolution of the International economic context and of the European political scenario.


CONTENT: equirements for the establishment of patents, design models, trademarks; changes of the European Trademark Law dealing with trademarks and presentation of the main aspects of the incoming Unitary Patent Law.
