The course presupposes the acquired knowledge of the bases of law; in particular private law and constitutional law as well as international law, disciplines that allow students to tackle the study of the European Union from the point of view of its institutional organization in political and legal terms

Detailed Course Content

The course is aimed at deepening the knowledge of European institutions and the legal and political phenomena underlying the integrationist phenomenon and is aimed at the study of human rights. The aim of the course is the training of professionals able to operate in a society characterized by the interdependence of international political relations
