SMALL GRANTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS AY 2016/17

New Call for Applications for 1 Study Grant for EU and non-EU students living abroad that are going to enroll in GLOPEM Master Degree Programa at the University of Catania AY 2016/17
ART. 1 – Number and value of the grants.
The GLOPEM master degree course offers 1 scholarships of 500 Euros (gross of all statutory taxes and inclusive of charges covered by the university) to foreign students (EU and not EU nationals) residing abroad in order to help them in their first year of study.
The study grant will be awarded to European and non-European foreign students livng abroad regularly enrolled in the Glopem Master degree course for A.Y. 2016-2017 at the University of Catania.
 
ART. 2 - Criteria for drafting the ranking list
The scholarships will be awarded following an interview which will be held on the 13th of October 2016 at 10.00 am at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, via Vittorio Emanuele, 49.
The interview is aimed at verifying student's motivation, interest and knowledge of the main themes of the Master programme.
The ranking list will be drawn up in decreasing order of total score assigned to each applicant, based on the sum of the partial scores obtained for :

• evaluation of academic records
• results of the interview

ART. 3– Application methods
All students (EU and non EU) in order to take part in the selection should confirm their interest by submitting via mail at glopem@unict.it the application form (duly signed together with an id document).
